Thank you for your interest in the Markham Sub Zero aerosol spray. Recently, Markham Products moved their Corporate Headquarters and manufacturing from Oklahoma to California. This move caused the company to abide by new stricter EPA standards for their aerosol sprays. This caused a big problem with Markham Products: if even the minimum requirements were met in California the price of the aerosol spray would have exceeded $25.00 a can. Rather than deleting the aerosol sprays from the line, Markham Products opted to manufacture the spray in another state. After a year (or so) the Markham Sub Zero spray is again being manufactured but in Alabama under the name “MD” Sub Zero Spray. MD stands for Martin Durden, a Markham Distributor in Alabama who was very aware of the demand for the spray in his region. He took over the manufacturing of the spray to avoid any legal problem with Markham Products in California. He hopes to release the old Markham Memory Control and Markham Balanced Control sprays in the near future as well under the MD name. Only the aerosol items will be called “MD Products” and will be manufactured in Alabama; the rest of the Markham Products line remains intact and in California.
